Our 30-Day Policy
30 Days to Return
You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Easy Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
How to Return

Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to 'Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or any secure box. Include the packing slip.

Hand over to Courier
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep for the pickup within 24-48 hours.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for all items. Simply select the 'Exchange' option when initiating your return, and we'll ship the new item as soon as the original is picked up.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear & Lingerie
- Socks & Hosiery
- Swimwear
- Personal Care products
- Customized or altered items
- Final sale items
