Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your shipping address if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately at cariolclothes@gmail.com with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Some items like innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the instructions to generate a pickup request.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Product & Sizing
How do I know which size to choose?
We provide a detailed size guide for each product. You can find the link to the Size Guide on the product page or in the footer.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Many of our popular items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email when an item is back in stock.
